Tow-Max Flatbed Range
The Tow-Max range has been designed to provide a lightweight yet highly capable flatbed trailer solution, offering impressive payload capacities while remaining suitable for vehicles with lower towing limits. With a variety of versatile models available, the Tow-Max range is ideal for professional, commercial, and everyday transport applications.
Built to the high standards synonymous with IFOR Williams, the Tow-Max combines practical functionality with exceptional durability. Its innovative design bridges the gap between light-duty and heavy-duty trailers, delivering strength and reliability without unnecessary weight.
Each Tow-Max trailer is constructed on a fully galvanised steel chassis and features extended drawbars, a proven beam axle system, and IFOR Williams' renowned Paraflex leaf spring suspension. Together, these components provide excellent towing stability, improved handling, and long-lasting performance.
To further enhance versatility, a wide range of optional accessories and configurations are available, allowing the Tow-Max to be tailored to suit a variety of industries, tasks, and transport requirements.
Key Features – Tow-Max Range
• Paraflex Leaf Spring Suspension – Engineered with IFOR Williams' renowned Paraflex leaf spring suspension system and manufactured axles for exceptional towing stability, reliability, and performance.
• Heavy-Duty Galvanised Dropsides – 450mm high galvanised steel dropsides come fitted as standard, delivering excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Tow-Max Pro models feature thicker 2.0mm side panels for additional robustness.
• Extended Drawbar Design – The extra-long drawbar provides 1500mm of space between the coupling point and bulkhead, improving trailer handling, reversing visibility, and manoeuvrability. Heavy-duty drawbars are fitted to Tow-Max Pro models.
• Durable Non-Slip Flooring – Constructed from tough 15mm phenolic resin-coated plywood with a non-slip surface pattern, offering long-term durability and resistance to moisture, wear, and impact.
• Fully Bolted Construction – Modular bolted design allows major components, including drawbars, chassis rails, cross members, and side rails, to be fully replaceable, simplifying repairs and extending trailer life.
• LED Lighting as Standard – High-efficiency 12V/24V LED lighting provides excellent visibility, improved safety, and reduced maintenance requirements.
• Integrated Load Restraint Points – Reinforced flush-mounted lashing points are fitted as standard, rated to 600kg each. Four tie-down points are included on most models, with five fitted to 3.6m models.
• Spare Wheel & Carrier Included – A galvanised steel spare wheel bracket securely mounts the spare wheel to the drawbar, providing added convenience and peace of mind when travelling.
