The optional DIGADOC® system provides a simple and effective solution for loading and securing compact tracked machinery. Designed to improve safety, efficiency and consistency, DIGADOC® makes the loading process quicker and easier, even for less experienced operators. Compatible with steel-floored GH94 and GH1054 models, the system is suitable for machinery weighing up to 2.7 tonnes (subject to trailer gross vehicle weight and towing vehicle limitations). A range of purpose-designed accessories is also available to further enhance functionality and loading convenience. Key Features • Resin Coated Plywood Platform – Heavy-duty 24mm resin-coated plywood floor provides excellent durability and long-lasting performance in demanding working environments. • GH Treadplate Mudguards – Robust steel treadplate mudguards are designed to withstand tough site conditions while providing a practical step for easy trailer access. • GH Lashing Points – Integrated lashing points allow machinery and equipment to be secured safely and efficiently during transport. • Choice of Loading Ramp Options – The GH range offers multiple loading configurations to suit different types of machinery and loading requirements: o 1.2m Full Width Ramp – Bevelled design helps guide tracks and wheels onto the trailer while providing full-width loading access. o 1.45m Bevelled Ramp – Reduced loading angle of approximately 13° makes loading easier and safer for a wider range of plant equipment. o 1.45m Sliding Skids – Provides the benefits of the bevelled ramp with additional flexibility for loading narrower machinery such as access platforms. o 1.2m Sliding Skids (GH1054 Only) – Offers maximum payload capacity while maintaining flexible loading options. • LED Lighting – Bright, reliable LED lights provide excellent visibility and enhanced durability compared to traditional lighting systems. • Bucket Rest – Integrated bucket rest allows excavator buckets to be safely positioned during transport, improving load security and stability.
